Roast the sweet potato
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Taste and if you want it a bit sweeter, add a dash of maple syrup or a couple of dates.

Substitutions
If you don’t have roasted sweet potato on hand, you can substitute pumpkin puree
Use any nut or seed you like - they add a good dose of healthy fats so we can better absorb the nutrients
I like to use Cara Cara oranges, but a navel orange will do!
Storage
Store leftover smoothie in a jar with a lid in the fridge for up to 2 days.
Leftovers + Repurposing
Eat straight out of the fridge!
Turn it into a smoothie bowl and top with granola, fruit, and nuts. You could even stir in some yogurt to make it thicker.
