Tropical Green Smoothie

Ingredients
1 ½-2
cups
water

heaping cup frozen mango
or use pineapple
1
cup
frozen spinach
½
banana
fresh or frozen
¼
cup
coconut flakes
¼
cup
hulled hemp seeds
1
tbsp
lime juice
Pinch of salt
Start with 1 ½ cups of water. If you want your smoothie to be thinner or if it’s not blending easily, then add a bit more water.
Note
:
depending on how sweet your mango is, you may want to add some sweetener (like maple syrup or honey), to taste.

Make the smoothie!
Instructions
In a high-speed blender, add all ingredients (starting with 1 ½ cups water) and blend on high until totally smooth.
If the smoothie isn’t blending easily, add a touch more water and blend again.
Notes
Substitutions:
Use 4 cups loosely packed fresh spinach in place of frozen.
Sub the tropical fruit with seasonal peaches!
Sub hemp seeds with 3 tbsp of nut or seed butter
Storage:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
