Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Taste and add honey, dates, or maple syrup, to taste (depends on ripeness of fruit). Enjoy right away!

Substitutions:
Use any ripe seasonal fruit in place of the peach
Substitute frozen pineapple or peach for the mango
Skip the cucumber and just add a bit more water
The seeds add healthy fats so you can absorb the fat-soluble nutrients, but you could add a spoonful of cashew or almond butter in their place or leave it out.
Storage:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.
