Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high until totally smooth.
Notes
Substitutions:
To make dairy-free/vegan, substitute yogurt with a vegan alternative or skip it all together and increase hemp seeds to ½ cup. You may need to add a bit more water if you do that.
Sub frozen raspberries for blueberries. It would also be yummy with ripe frozen summer peaches.
Skip the chia seeds and sub them with more hemp or your favorite nut or seed butter.
Storage:
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days.

Turn it into a smoothie bowl and top with granola, banana, and berries (or whatever your heart desires!).
Add it to a bowl and swirl in some Greek yogurt and top with granola.
