What is included in the course?
Here is a summary of what is included:

The course contains 12 modules + 2 bonus modules. Each module has anywhere from 3-10 lessons inside.

Each lesson is anywhere from 2-10 minutes and comes with a PDF that summarizes the key takeaways. (Some lessons will have homework assignments and additional resources).

You’ll also get TWO full recorded meal prep sessions for two of the three provided weekly menus (about 1 hour 15 minutes each). So you can put what you learned into action with me by your side before I send you off on your own 🙂

Yes! The course is available for both members and non-members. It was created with members in mind based on lots of feedback, but you don’t have to be a member to take or benefit from the course.
I’ve tried meal prep before, but it’s just been stressful and I’ve never stuck with it. How is this going to be different?
We’re going to learn a flexible and sustainable way to meal prep (and meal plan!) that will work for your busy schedule. There is no one size fits all to meal prep.
Meal prep does not mean you have to spend 3-4 hours in the kitchen with a massive pile of dishes at the end. Instead of planning and prepping for every single meal, the key to making meal prep a sustainable habit is to focus on dinners, the meal I think people struggle with the most.
And instead of cooking an entire meal ahead, we are going to learn how to efficiently prep all of the components for your meals so you can throw it together in a pinch during the week.
This is a much more manageable way to meal prep and saves you so much time when you have to get dinner on the table.
When you set aside time to plan out your weeknight meals and spend an hour or two prepping components for meals, you’ll take away all of that mental stress and energy of deciding what to make for dinner every night.
When does the course start and end?
It starts and ends whenever you want it to! You’ll have access to it forever.
Is the course self-paced or on a timeline?
It is a self-paced course, so you can decide when and where to start and finish.
For the January launch, I do have a recommended schedule to complete the course in 7 days so you can participate in the 21-day meal prep challenge, which begins on January 7th.
How long will the course take to complete?
The course contains about 250 minutes or 4 hours of content PLUS two 1 hour 15 minute long recorded meal prep sessions.
When you purchase, I’ll give you a suggested schedule to get it all done in chunks at a manageable and digestible pace in just 7 days. However, you can go at your own pace!
Will I have access to the content forever?
Yes, the course will live forever and you can access it at any time.

Do I need any prior cooking experience?
You need basic cooking knowledge in order to get the most out of this course. If you’ve never cooked or chopped a vegetable before, this might not be the course for you. If you’re a home cook who wants to make your life easier, more delicious, and cook more nourishing meals at home, then this is the course for you!
Is the course suitable for specific dietary needs (e.g., vegan, gluten-free)?
Yes. We have a whole section about how to make substitutions in recipes to suit your specific needs, so it would be really useful if you have dietary restrictions.
